Juice Fast: Day 4

Today, a bunch of people from work went to Cafe Rio to celebrate Karen's visit. Cafe Rio is delicious and I love it. Alas, I did not eat it, even though I do look forward to eating it once this fast is over. I don't enjoy that I have to lie to people about not eating - but I also wouldn't enjoy everyone thinking I'm a psycho hippie freak.
