So, quick update. I was doing great with eating healthier, great with eating less, and not so great with spending less money on food. After buying a fancy new scale, I was discouraged and fell off the wagon a little bit. I've started looking at the Raw Food Detox Diet by Natalia Rose and I'm trying some of the principles/recipes.
Romaine Leaf with Raw Almond Butter and Raw Honey? Surprisingly awesome.
Raw Dijon Salad Dressing? Epic fail.

Glad you are back blogging, always entertaining. Stick with it girl you will succeed, I am confident. I have not changed food much, just the amount....I am relying on the gym for success. Mom
